WORKING WITH US

In 2016, we bought our first home. It was a disaster. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. Everyone that was supposed to be helpful, wasn't. It was so stressful and so horrible, that I left my 15-year career in the Criminal Justice System to become an agent with the mission that no one would go through what we went through.

My mission statement has always been "be the calm in the storm." Whether as a police officer & detective or, now, as a real estate agent, I have always had one mission: make complicated situations make sense & make stressful situations less stressful.

This is why I specialize in first time home buyers and first-time home sellers. The process can seem so overwhelming! My focus is on ensuring that every first-time buyer and seller has all the information and education they need to feel like they’re in control of the entire process.

I am a story teller and I have a good one for you...

Meet Sarena

I am a mom and a wife, and I like to do Yoga and go hiking.
I was born in New Jersey but moved from the East Coast (New York) to Tacoma, Washington, in 1984. In High School.
My family grew in 2005 when I adopted my son Jordan, and I decided to stay home with him. I loved decorating, and I was asked to help stage homes that were going up for sale. I would help people declutter, paint, and rearrange homes to get them show-ready. My wife Bri and I met in 2007, and I got to marry her in 2012.

My son was diagnosed with Autism & we started doing all sorts of therapies, which was time-consuming and exhausting.
In 2020 I thought it was time to get my license.

I take care the best care of people and relate and understand their wants and needs, which translates to real estate. Hopefully, all these amazing traits will make you feel connected to me and choose me as your agent!!!!!! I will go above and beyond for each and every one of you.

Meet Dana

I’m Meghan, a realtor and life-long resident of Washington State’s gorgeous Puget Sound region. As an advocate for my clients, I strive to make the real estate process one that is simple, low stress and enjoyable.

I believe in patience, perseverance and honesty in both real estate and in life. As an advocate for my clients, I strive to make the buying and selling process one that is simple, low stress, and enjoyable. Helping someone find their new home is a great joy and I am honored to have had the trust of so many.

I enjoy working with all the people who make these sales happen: from the other brokers, to inspectors, lenders, title and escrow agents and of course the buyers and sellers. It is a huge team effort and I find that being kind, responsive and respectful to everyone involved is the best way to represent myself and my clients.

Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was a professional Interior Designer for 8 years. I bring that design sense to help Sellers stage their homes beautifully and help Buyers see the possibilities of each home.

Life is a series of chapters that make up your story. All the moments that make you who you are and who you aspire to be are held in the pages of your book, and buying or selling a home is one of the most exciting chapters to write.

We are Anthology Homes and we want to help you start your next chapter.

OUR TRUSTED REFERRAL PARTNERS

Bill Easter

I had the pleasure of having Jamie McDonnell sell a home for me. The home was difficult to sell because of its location and some other issues. Jamie attacked the problems with two things, her relentlessly positive attitude and her mastery of technology. By bringing those forces to bear, she overcame the home’s drawbacks and secured a successful sale. If you want the highest level of professional service, I recommend without hesitation you use Jamie McDonnell.
