Which is why we have decided to continue our virtual real estate buying and selling capabilities. This is something we started at the beginning of the pandemic that has been a huge help to so many of our clients that are otherwise unable to shop for a home or sell their home. This is also a great way for those relocating to the area or selling from a distance to get the full real estate experience that they deserve!

This course will go over every portion of buying a home, from lending to searching to closing and everything in between. These classes are held once monthly, via Zoom, are totally free, and make you eligible for the 0% down payment program through WHFC.

Not many people understand that it’s not so simple to welcome people back into your home after nearly two years of being told to distance. But we get it. We do. Because we have had just as hard of a time opening our doors to our friends and family again, let alone perfect strangers.  

Our virtual listing consultation allows you to schedule a video conference call to show us your home, hear about our specific selling strategies for today’s market, and go over our seller marketing plan to get you the most amount of money for your property in the least amount of time.

Technology is pretty darn amazing, isn’t it? The tech that we use allows us to offer virtual tours and open houses for every home we list for sale. This means that prospective buyers do not have to come into your home to tour it, unless you want them to! Home tour options may include live or recorded video tours that we’ll capture while maintaining social distancing best practices, and 3D floor plan walk throughs so that buyers can put themselves into your home without stepping into your home. If health reasons prevent others from entering your home, we can coach you on how to record a tour.
